Amine Khechfe, General Manager Amine Khechfe As General Manager for Endicia, Amine Khechfe is responsible for directing all aspects of the Endicia business unit as well as managing its position within the Newell Rubbermaid Technology Global Business Unit.

Graduating with an M.S. in engineering from Stanford University, Amine has held a variety of management roles in engineering, management consulting, software development, marketing and business development. He started his career at TRANE Air Conditioning and AT & T Information Systems before co-founding Endicia in 1987.

Harry Whitehouse, Chief Development Officer Harry Whitehouse Harry is a former Stanford Associate Professor with over 35 years of industry and management experience. He has led Envelope Manager Software since its inception in 1982. Before that, Harry founded Pacific Sun, Inc., an engineering and management consulting firm in 1976, and he served as the president of a 35 employee manufacturing spin-off company from 1979-1984. He served on the Stanford faculty as an associate professor from 1973-77 and as a consulting professor from 1977-89.

Harry holds several patents in the US and abroad, and is the lead software architect for all Envelope Manager Software products. He has led many custom projects for industry and government clients, including various departments in the U.S. Postal Service. Harry has developed software for numerous web applications, operating systems, computer languages, and hardware platforms. He has extensive experience in telecommunications and networking. Harry holds a Ph.D. from Stanford University, and he has authored numerous technical journal articles and a nationally distributed text.

Scott Montgomery, VP R&D Scott Montgomery Scott has over 17 years of experience in software engineering and management. He joined Envelope Manager Software in the summer of 1984 and has guided all our recent software design and product development projects. Scott has been the lead developer and technical resource for Microsoft Windows applications at Envelope Manager Software since 1994. Scott developed the first-ever WYSIWYG mailpiece design tool, DAZzle, which has gained numerous industry awards and recognition. He also led the development of Microsoft Direct Mail Manager and DAZzle Express, the first-ever wizard-like presort mail applications.

Scott has experience developing software with C, C++, Pascal, Visual Basic, Cobol, Oracle, PowerBuilder, Microsoft Access, SQL, dBase, FoxBASE, FoxPro, Paradox, and Pace. He also has experience in Microsoft Office, cc:Mail, AutoCAD, Lotus 1-2-3, Symantec ACT!, and LAN applications. Scott holds an MS from Stanford University and is a registered professional engineer in California.
