Applying the barcode to your mailpiece requires a valid ZIP+4 ZIP Code.
A five-digit ZIP Code barcode is not useful for mail delivery. Therefore, the US Postal Service prefers that customers do not apply the five-digit barcodes. Because of this, DAZzle does not apply barcodes if an address only has a five-digit ZIP Code.
However, you can obtain the ZIP+4 ZIP Code for any address in the United States by using the DAZzle Dial-A-ZIP feature.
