About Text Box Options

Enter the text that you want to appear in your mailpiece. A Text Box can have unlimited lines and up to 1000 characters.

The text is aligned according to the selection: left, center, or right. The justification applies to the entire text block. Left is the default setting.

To select the font characteristics (including font, font style, size, effect, and color) for the Text Box, click the Fonts button.

• Note: High-speed printing does not support the choices of font, font style, color, or effect.

When selecting the font, the selected font applies only to the selected lines of the text.

• To set the same font for the entire Text Box, select text in all lines—which is the default selection—and then select the font.
• To set the font for a single line, either select text in one line only or place the cursor in the line (with no text selected) and then click the Fonts button.
  • Note: The font selection can be different for each of the first ten lines. Any lines over the tenth line use the same font characteristics as the tenth line.
