About the Return Receipt Tab

On the Return Receipt tab, you can specify to have proof of delivery sent to you by mail or through the web.  

To use the Return Receipt service, you must:

• Use one of the following services: Certified Mail, COD, insurance (for more than $50), or Registered Mail.
• Complete the Return Receipt form 3811.

Your mailpiece must include Return Receipt Requested, which must appear above the delivery address and to the right of the return address.
