Print Preview

The Print Preview window appears when you select File > Print Preview . The Print Preview window shows the mailpiece exactly as the mailpiece will print.

The red line near the edge of the mailpiece shows the unprintable regions that the printer is imposing on the mailpiece.

Options on the Print Preview window are:

Print ...MORE

When you are ready to print, click the Print button.

Setup ...MORE

To change the setup options, click the Setup button. Any setup changes that you make should appear immediately when you return to the Print Preview window.

Bigger, Smaller ...MORE

To zoom in and out to see the mailpiece in greater or less detail, click the Bigger or Smaller buttons. When the preview shows close detail, scroll bars appear to enable access to the full mailpiece.
