Request Refund for Canada Return Shipments

You can request a refund for a Canada return shipment label if the return label has not been scanned by the Post Office. There is a waiting period of 14 days after you create the shipment to be sure that the return shipment has not entered the mailstream. Upon approval of the refund request, the refunded amount will appear as a credit (reduction) on your monthly invoice for your Canada return shipment.

In the Postage Log, you can identify a Canada return shipment transaction by one or more of the following:

Steps

  1. On the Postage Log, select the Canada return shipping label.
  2. Select Actions > E-Refund or click the eRefund button on the toolbar.
