About the User-Defined Paper Size Dialog Box

The User-Defined Paper Size dialog box appears after selecting User-Defined as the paper size in the Printer Setup dialog box. This dialog box appears so that you may enter the width and height of the paper being used to print on. The User-Defined Paper Size dialog box might not appear for all printers.

• Note: Not all printers support the selection of user-defined page sizes. If you enter values in the User-Defined Paper Size dialog box, but it has no effect on the printing, contact the manufacturer of your printer to confirm that this feature is supported.

Options on the User-Defined Paper Size dialog box include:

Width: ...MORE

Enter the width of the paper being used. Make sure you enter a width that is at least as large as the paper being used. Windows truncates any printing that is beyond this width.

Height: ...MORE

Enter the height of the page. Windows issues a page eject command each time this height is reached. If you find the printer is moving to the next page either before finishing one page or past the beginning of the next, adjust this number.
