Specify Default Printers

From time to time, you might add or replace printers. When you add or replace a printer, you should update your selections of the default printers.

You might use either or both of the following types of printers:

  1. From the Quick Label tab, Design tab, or Address Book tab, select File > Default Printers.
  2. In the Ink Jet or Laser Printer (Sheets) area, select a printer that you are using for letter-size sheets.
  3. In the Label Printer area, select:
