About Automating Mail Class Selection While Printing

The best way to use batch printing of shipping label is to use Endicia Professional’s ability to read a mail class code from your database. With mail class automation, Endicia Professional selects the correct USPS mail class for each label.

Important! Without mail class automation, Endicia Professional uses the default mail class for each label. Otherwise, without the use of mail class automation or default mail classes, you must manually specify the appropriate mail class for each shipping label. For printing through the Batch Print tab, you can specify default services.
