Automatically Clear the Fields After Printing

You can optionally clear the address, order number, and package dimension fields after each label that you print through the Order Lookup tab.

Note: The setup or changes that you make in the following Steps apply only to the current profile.

Steps

Select Edit > Preferences.
In the Preferences dialog box, select the Printing and Customs tab.
Select the check boxes for the items you want cleared automatically after you print:
- Clear address box after print
- Clear Order Number box after print
- Clear package dimensions after print
Click OK.
