Print COD Firm Book—USPS Form 3877

You can optionally print USPS Form 3877 - Firm Book, which lets you submit a consolidated printed list of multiple COD shipments to the USPS for endorsement. This is usually an end-of-day process.

If you print USPS Form 3877-Firm Book, you do not need to include Parts 3 and 4 of USPS Form 3816. To verify your settings for whether to print Parts 3 and 4, see Specify COD Options.

Note: You can view COD label transactions that you print through Endicia Professional on the Postage Log, but not the DAZzle Postage Log. You can view all COD transaction through the online account reports.

Step

When you are ready to print your consolidated list of COD shipments—USPS Form 3877-Firm Book, select Tools > Print COD Firm Book.
Present your USPS Form 3877-Firm Book with your COD shipments to your USPS representative.
