Set Up Postage Log Retention Period

Endicia Professional retains your Postage Log entries for a specified time period, which you can adjust.

Depending on the volume of shipments that you process, your Postage Log may consume a lot of memory and storage space.

You can:

Specify the time period (weeks, months, years) that Endicia Professional saves your Postage Log entries.
Back up your Postage Log.
Restore your backed-up Postage Log.

Steps

Select Edit > Preferences.
Select the Other Options tab.
In the Postage Log Settings area, in the Save Postage Log entries for list, select the time period that Endicia Professional retains your Postage Log entries. Examples include 1 Week, 2 Weeks, 3 Weeks, 1 Month, 3 Months.
Click OK.
