Create a SCAN Form

The Shipment Confirmation Acceptance Notice (SCAN) form consolidates a day's trackable shipments onto a barcoded form that the USPS representative scans when the USPS physically accepts your daily shipments. The SCAN form eliminates the need for the USPS to scan each shipping label, which could otherwise amount to dozens, hundreds, or thousands of separate scans. When you print a SCAN form, use one of the following approaches:

Steps

  1. If you are selecting items on the Postage Log tab, select the shipments you want to include in the SCAN form.
  2. Select Tools > SCAN Form.

    Your online account displays your SCAN Form that you can print through your web browser.
