About Web Store Marketplace Integration

The web store interface provides you a direct integration between Endicia Professional and online marketplaces, which host your web stores, to let you print shipping labels after your customers place and pay for orders.

Note: Currently, direct integration is available only with eBay and Amazon.

The first time that you select the Batch Print tab, a Getting Started wizard guides you through the setup for Endicia Marketplace Integration. Optionally, you can follow the prompts to add a store to your Endicia Professionalsetup, or you can set up your web stores at a later time.

Through web store integration, you can:

Manage your web stores: add and authorize, rename, reauthorize, and remove web stores.
Import paid-for, unshipped orders from online marketplaces—such as eBay and Amazon—to Endicia Professional.
Print shipping labels for orders imported into Endicia Professional.
Optionally, combine unshipped orders to a customer at the same delivery address into a single shipment.
Manually mark orders as Shipped in case you had printed the shipping label before you had imported the order.
Mark orders as Unshipped in case there was a problem, cancellation, or change after you had printed the shipping label but before you shipped the order. (This feature is available for eBay web stores, but is not available for Amazon web stores.)
Automatically post back order shipping status and tracking numbers to web store hosts, such as eBay and Amazon, and view the data post-back status to verify that the data post-back process has completed. If a data post-back delay or failure occurred, Endicia Professional automatically retries to post back data. On the Postage Log, you can view the data post-back status in the Web Store Post-back Status detail area.
Manage multiple web stores: Note: Endicia Professional imports orders one store at a time.
- Important! If you are printing shipping labels for your integrated (eBay or Amazon) web stores, you can associate only one web store per profile. If you have multiple eBay or Amazon web stores, for example, you must set up a profile for each integrated web store. For more information, see About Profiles.
