Sometimes, You Need a Few Extras

Optional Services With Endicia you can easily add the exact postage fees for extra services from the US Postal Service to your letters and packages. This includes Certified Mail, COD, Registered Mail, Return Receipt and Restricted Delivery.

  • When you use Certified Mail you’ll get a mailing receipt from your local Post Office. A Delivery Record will also be kept by the Postal Service.
  • With COD (Collect on Delivery) your customer pays for the item and/or shipping when it’s delivered.
  • Registered Mail is a highly secure service which documents your shipment every step of the way.

You can add Return Receipt to one of the services above and the Postal Service will mail you proof of delivery. You can also add Restricted Delivery so only a specific individual is allowed to receive your shipment.

Please Note. Most of these services have restrictions and require special forms from the Postal Service, but the full postage will already be pre-paid on your mail. You’ll also need to present any letters or packages that use these services to a window clerk at the Post Office.
