Software Update

Dear InstaPostage® Service Users:
The USPS will be updating shipping rates on January 18, 2009. As always, Endicia will be ready to provide you with updated software for this transition. Prior to the price change, you will be prompted to upgrade your InstaPostage software. Please be sure to perform this upgrade because it is required for the USPS Price Change, effective January 18^th. You must perform the upgrade in order to use the software after the 18^th.

In conjunction with the rate change, we are excited to announce several important updates to your InstaPostage application. Based on your feedback we have made improvements to the software and label sheets. Also, we have taken this opportunity to rename the product and give it a more descriptive name. The InstaPostage service will now be called DYMO™ Printable Postage powered by Endicia® service. Even though the name has changed the product features remain the same.

The new interface

We’ve created an improved interface and workflow that will make postage printing quick and easy. An overview of the changes is available on our website.

The new sheets

With the new upgrade, InstaPostage sheets will now be called DYMO™ Printable Postage Stamp Sheets.
• These professionally designed sheets will enhance the look of your mail.
• Perforated sheets allow for folding so you can take them on the go.


A note about InstaPostage sheets: If you still have InstaPostage sheets, they will work with the new software. The InstaPostage layout will automatically come up when you first launch the new software. InstaPostage sheets will be phased out as we run out of current inventory. The new sheets are available from our store and you can switch over to them as soon as you want.
