Make sure your postage qualifies for new commercial discounts:
Domestic Express Mail Requirements:
Express Mail customers will qualify for commercial discounts by printing a pre-filled Express Mail label online with an Express Mail barcode.
Use either the Express Mail Shipping Label.lyt, which prints on a regular half page of paper, or the Zebra Express Mail Shipping Label.lyt.
Domestic Priority Mail Requirements:
Priority Mail will qualify for commercial discounts when customers use electronic postage with
Delivery Confirmation and “Use concatenated barcode,” selected in the Delivery Confirmation option tab.
Here's a table of layouts that can print the concatenated barcode.
Notes for customers with DYMO printers:
You will need to use the Dymo 30387 Label with Priority Mail shipments to get the discount.
The Dymo 30387 label is a 3-part label that accommodates the larger Delivery Confirmation barcode that is required.
If you are currently using the 30387 layout, please open the new version and re-save the layout.
You should notice that the barcode has moved to the opposite side of the label.

Possible changes to Bound Printed Matter
The USPS is considering changes to the requirements for Bound Printed Matter.
As soon as a decision is reached we will be in touch with our customers who have printed BPM postage to let them know about any changes to the requirements for using that class.
We'll also post that information on our Price Change Home Page.
There is the possibility that BPM postage will no longer be a “retail” option -- it may be only made available to bulk presort shippers.
If BPM postage is restricted in that way, please note that Media Mail offers a similar level of service and price and will continue to be available.
