USPS Price Change
On July 6, 2010, the U.S. Postal Service® proposed new price changes that would go into
effect on Sunday, January 2, 2011. You can find details of the filing at usps.com/prices. Please
keep in mind that these prices are not necessarily final as they have yet to be approved. We expect
updated shipping prices to be announced in October. Those prices would also go into effect in January 2, 2011.
We will have more information for you in the coming months on the DYMO Endicia website as well as in our November
newsletter. We will also be holding a series of webinars dedicated to covering details on the price change and
what it means for your business.
PACT Act
On March 31, 2010, the PACT (Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking) Act was signed into law by Congress. This means
that, effective June 29, 2010, cigarettes, including roll-your-own tobacco and smokeless tobacco are "nonmailable"
matter and cannot be shipped using the U.S. Postal Service®, unless the shipment falls within certain exceptions.
Additional information about the PACT Act has been summarized in the Postal Bulletin:

Please contact your U.S. Postal Service representative with any questions.
