Aubuchon Hardware operates HardwareStore.com in addition to more
than 130 “brick and mortar” hardware stores throughout the Northeast.
The company sells home improvement and garden products and ships an
average of 120-160 USPS Priority Mail packages each day.
Seamless integration makes for a smooth operation.
HardwareStore.com uses a custom-made shopping cart to take customer
orders and Stone Edge's Order Manager to download and fulfill those
orders.

the order packing process.”
HardwareStore.com uses a Pack by Item
feature, where the operator scans the product’s barcode label
prompting Order Manager to retrieve the oldest open order for the item
and print a packing slip. The operator then packs the item in its shipping
container and weighs the package. Endicia prints the shipping label
and Order Manager imports the tracking number to complete the order.

Reprints & Refunds
If you get a paper jam or other hiccup when you print your
postage, you can recover easily, but you must act quickly!
Here's what you can do:
1. Within 24 hours, fix the printer,
highlight the misprinted item in the Postage Log, and choose Reprint.
2. Within 10 days, request a refund electronically if
your mail piece had an electronic Delivery Confirmation or Express Mail barcode.
3. For all other cases, submit a physical request within 30 days.
Reprints are easiest by far, so act right away.

How do you handle USPS rate changes?
A.
When new USPS rates are announced, we build them into a software update well
before they go into effect. Our software always checks your version to make
sure it is current. If not, you will be prompted to download the free update.
When the new USPS rates go into effect, the software switches automatically.
Meet Our Team
Jon joined Endicia almost 2 years ago. With his technical support
experience and his outgoing personality, he has been a great fit
for our growing support team. Jon also coordinates relations with
our Integrated Partners. After serving 4 years in the
Army, he earned a B.S. in Information Systems from SJSU in
1995. When Jon isn't spending time with his daughter, he watches
former Oakland A's stars play in the World Series for other teams.
