Endicia for Mac has been upgraded to handle the latest USPS Price Change. Download version 2.7, and your any mail postmarked May 12th or later will use the new pricing.

Endicia for Mac now has an Online Savings field in the mailing details that shows you how much you're saving on each shipment over going to the Post Office.

Priority Mail will have an average 3.5 percent savings for when using Delivery Confirmation with Endicia, and Express Mail also has a 3 percent price reduction.

You will need to use the DYMO 30387 Label with Priority Mail shipments to get the discount. The Delivery Confirmation bar code size has been increased to support the discounts, and is no longer compatible with the DYMO 99019 labels.

Shape-based pricing has been introduced for First-Class Mail International letters, flats, and parcels (previously there was only one rate based on weight).

Express Mail is switching to a zone-based pricing system, resulting in customers paying less for nearby destinations.

You'll see a new barcode whenever you print a First-Class Letter Envelope or Large Envelope (Flat) with Endicia for Mac.

The new barcode, dubbed OneCode Confirm, replaces the old Postnet barcode and provides additional functionality that helps your mail flow through the mail-stream. The exciting part about OneCode is it now permits electronic refunds on First-Class Letter Envelopes and Large Envelopes (Flats). You can submit electronic refunds requests through the mailing log as you normally do.
