U.S. Postal Service® Price Change

USPS Price Changes
On May 11th, the USPS® will change prices for many mailing services, but these changes will affect both mailers and shippers. The most significant change is an increase in the price of a 1 ounce First Class Mail® stamp from $.42 to $.44. As always, Endicia is working hard to understand the price change so you don’t have to worry.
Endicia's latest information on the USPS price change.

While prices for the most common shipping classes, Priority Mail® and Express Mail® will not be changing again in May, there are the changes that will impact shipping. Here’s an overview:

  • Prices for extra services including Delivery Confirmation™, Signature Confirmation™, COD and USPS Insurance will be changing.
  • While the cost to insure a package valued at $100 with the USPS is increasing to $2.25, Endicia's parcel insurance rates are staying the same.
  • A simplification of Parcel Post® is also included in the May USPS Price Change.
