Parcel Insurance Overview

The table below showcases the rates that U-PIC charges for its parcel insurance. Please note that the rates shown are for $100 of coverage and that endicia charges a different rate for customers under the Standard Plan versus those under the Premium Plan. Also note that the rates for Domestic coverage are different than those for International packages.

Rates are per $100.00 of value. For example, an Endicia Premium customer insuring a tracked, domestic package valued at $100.00 would pay a rate of $0.75. If the package were valued at $100.01, this customer would pay $1.50 ($0.75 x 2).

As another example, if the same customer insured a tracked, domestic package valued at $500.00, they would pay $3.75 ($0.75 x 5). For a tracked, domestic package valued at $500.01, the same customer would pay $4.50 ($0.75 x 6).

APO/FPO mail with Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation.
Express Mail International

International Non-Tracked

APO/FPO mail without Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation.
All other international mail except Express Mail International and APO/FPO with Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation.
