Select Postage Stamps on a Sheet

Step

• Click and drag the pointer across the sheet, OR
  

  Click the first stamp, and then press and hold the Shift key while you click the last postage stamp.

  See an example of having selected a continuous range of adjacent stamps.

Step

• Press and hold the Control key while you click specific postage stamps.

• See an example of having selected specific stamps.

Step

• Press Control-A on the keyboard. To clear the selection of all postage stamps, click anywhere in the white margin outside the postage stamp labels.

• Note: Whether you have selected no postage stamps or all postage stamps, you can change the mailpiece type and value of all postage stamp labels at one time by selecting the mailpiece type and value from the Select the type of mailpiece and the Select the postage value fields.
