Select the annual usage plan that best fits your needs. The U.S. Postal Service recommends mailers update their address lists for change of address every 95 days to meet presort mail requirements. Depending on the composition of your database, more frequent change of address updates may reduce the amount of wasted postage, as well as keeping your databases up to date with the most current address information available.
To select the best plan for you, calculate the number of addresses you plan to validate each year. If you have NCOA-Link credits left over at the end of your annual plan, don’t worry, unused credits will be “rolled over” to the following year. If you use your NCOA-Link credits before the end of the annual term, simply reorder and you’re renewal date will be reset forward to the date of repurchase.
Please note that NCOA-Link credits represent the number of addresses submitted, not the number of address changes found in a database.
