I was suffering through another vendor's services on a PC (an old PC I regretfully purchased JUST to mail my business packages) and I did not like the way the whole interface worked. Never mind that I was also using a PC, which made it even more uncomfortable as I am not used to the Windows environment. It was also a real pain to manage my client addresses on two different platforms. Endicia for Mac is incredible, and looks like all of my other OSX applications.
