Evenflo ships small replacement parts—car seat pads, washers, and stroller wheels, to name just a few—using the U.S. Postal Service®.

Endicia's Solution

Evenflo takes advantage of Endicia technology to streamline its USPS® shipping process. Evenflo particularly likes the time saved and increased accuracy resulting from retrieving customers’ names and addresses via barcode scanning compared to their manual entry.

Additionally, Endicia software and barcode scanning integrate easily with Evenflo’s Phoenix Order Entry System to speed the process of printing postage labels. At the end of each day, Evenflo uses Endicia to enter the shipping cost, mail class, and electronic USPS Tracking (formerly Delivery Confirmation) number to its database. This eliminates the need to manually confirm that orders shipped.

From a training perspective, Endicia was also very easy to learn.
