Endicia Bank-to-Bank Postage Payment Options

Endicia offers our customers multiple payment choices to purchase USPS postage:

  • Credit Card
    • Pay for postage using the credit card on file
  • ACH Withdrawal (Direct Debit)
    • Endicia withdraws funds from your bank account and credits your postage account
  • ACH Credit (ACH Push): Endicia Multi-Rate Service (EMS) Accounts
    • You transfer funds directly from your bank to Endicia’s bank account to add funds to your postage balance on your EMS account
  • ACH Credit (ACH Push): Non-EMS Accounts
    • You transfer funds directly from your bank to the U.S. Postal Service® who then credits your Endicia postage account
  • Wire Transfer
    • You wire transfer funds to Endicia’s bank for crediting to your postage account – there is a $50 fee for this method of payment which will be deducted from the funds received
  • Check
    • You mail a check to Endicia for crediting to your postage account – there is a $50 fee for this method of payment which will be deducted from the funds received

Note: The options described only cover postage purchases. Service plan fees and optional insurance fees will be charged to the Endicia service fee payment method that you have selected which may be different from the postage payment method.

Credit Card

The credit card on file is used to purchase postage for your account. If the credit card is declined, your postage balance will not be credited. If you do not have enough funds to print a label, you will not be able to print until the credit card charge is authorized. To use this payment method:

  1. Log into My Account at www.endicia.com/login.
  2. Go to Update Profile and select Payment Method.
  3. In the USPS Postage payment section, select Credit Card and click Edit.
  4. Enter the credit card number, credit card type and expiration date.
  5. Click Update.

ACH Withdrawal (Direct Debit)

With ACH Withdrawal, Endicia withdraws funds from your bank account and credits your postage account. If we receive insufficient funds notice from your bank, funds will be reversed and you may not be able to print labels. To use this payment method:

  1. Log into My Account at www.endicia.com/login.
  2. Go to Update Profile and select Payment Method.
  3. In the USPS Postage payment section, select Checking Account and click Edit.
  4. Enter the checking account number and bank’s routing number.
  5. Click Update

If you have ACH filters on your account, please contact your financial institution and provide them with the following information to ensure payments are accepted:

  • Endicia Multi-Rate Service (EMS) Accounts – add the following filter to your ACH Account

ACH Processing Company Name = ENDICIA
ACH ID / Filter ID = 9002105001

NOTE: Endicia reserves the right to charge any overdue fees or other delinquent payment owed by Customer by direct debit from a U.S. based checking account (ACH). See Endicia Terms and Conditions for more information.

ACH Credit (ACH Push): Endicia Multi-Rate Service (EMS) Accounts

Accounts Similar to online bill paying, you initiate funds transfer from your bank to Endicia’s bank account. Endicia will then credit your postage balance as described below. To use this payment method:

  1. Instruct your bank to send an ACH credit transaction to the following Endicia bank account:
    Account Number: 1100023152
    ABA Routing: 122-000-496
    Bank: Union Bank of California (Palo Alto #110)
    4291 El Camino Real
    Palo Alto, CA 94306
    Payee: PSI Systems, Inc., DBA Endicia / Envelope Manager Software
    278 Castro Street
    Mountain View, CA 94041-1204
  2. You must include your Endicia account number on the ACH credit transaction. The information can be provided in fields that may be called “Invoice Number”, “Order Number” or provided as a note. If your account number is not included, Endicia will not be able to use these funds to print postage for 10 business days, or until another ACH transaction is properly made with your account number.
  3. After we receive notification from Union Bank that the funds have arrived, we will credit your postage account. This process can take between three to five business days.

ACH Credit (ACH Push): Accounts that are NOT Endicia Multi-Rate Service (EMS)

Similar to online bill paying, you initiate funds transfer your bank to the U.S. Postal Service®. Endicia will then credit your postage balance as described below. This option is NOT available if you have an Endicia Multi-Rate Service (EMS) account. If you are not sure which account type that you have, please contact Support at 1-800-576-3279 x130.

To use this payment method:

  1. Instruct your bank to send an ACH credit transaction to the following U.S. Postal Service lockbox account:
    Account Number: 30564608

    Payee: U.S. Postal Service (Endicia)

  2. You must include your Endicia account number on the ACH credit transaction. The information can be provided in fields that may be called “Invoice Number”, “Order Number” or provided as a note. If your account number is not included, Endicia will not be able to use these funds to print postage for 10 business days, or until another ACH transaction is properly made with your account number.
  3. After we receive notification from Citibank that the funds have arrived, we will credit your postage account. This process can take between three to five business days.

NOTE: If you have an Endicia Multi-Rate Service (EMS) account, you cannot directly pay the U.S. Postal Service®.

Wire Transfer

You can wire transfer funds to Endicia’s bank account. We will then transfer these funds into your postage account. Please note that there is a $50 fee for using this method which will be deducted from the funds that we receive.

note

NOTE: In addition to Endicia’s $50 fee, intermediary banks may also charge fees. As a result, we may not receive the full amount of your original transfer.

To use this payment method:

  1. Instruct your bank to send a wire transfer using the following information:
    Account Number: 1100023152

    Payee: PSI Systems, Inc., DBA Endicia / Envelope Manager Software

    You must include your Endicia account number in the wire form.
  2. Send an email to accounting@endicia.com with the following information:
    • Date of wire transfer
    • Wire transfer amount
    • Your Endicia account number
  3. It can take 1 business day from our receipt of the funds to process the credit to your account.

Check Payment

You can mail a check directly to Endicia to purchase postage. Note that there is a $50 fee for using this method which will be deducted from the funds that we receive.

To use this payment method:

  1. Make the check payable to “PSI Systems, Inc., DBA Endicia”. The check must be from a U.S.-based bank.
  2. Provide your Endicia account number on the check.
  3. Mail to:

    Attn: Account Department – Postage Purchase

    Mountain View, CA 94041-1204
  4. It can take five business days (seven business days for the first check) after we receive the check to process the credit to your account.

NOTE: Check payments incur a $50 Endicia fee for each payment. For any of these payment options, you may also incur bank fees.
