How long do I have to request a refund?

The length of time you have to request a refund depends on the mailpiece that you want to request a refund for. The types of refunds include electronic and physical. Each type has a different time frame.

Electronic:

  • You must create electronic refund requests within 30 days of the print date and time.
  • If you are past the 30 days, you must submit a refund appeal.

Physical:

  • You must create physical refund requests within 60 days of the print date, and then you have 15 days to mail the paperwork to Endicia so we can process the request.

Note: We recommend mailing the request no later than 60 days from print date so that Endicia has time to process your request. If the request has not been processed by 90 days, the request will be rejected, and you must submit a refund appeal.
