New Integrated Customs Forms
To maintain compliance with USPS regulations, Endicia is implementing new shipping label formats for both domestic and international shipments that require a customs form. These changes come after new guidelines for customs declarations forms were published by the USPS in March 2015. Endicia Software Automatically Selects the Lowest First-Class Mail Parcel Rates
With the January 2016 USPS price change, the Commercial Base rates for First-Class Package Service increased and are now higher than the First-Class Mail Parcel Retail rates for shipments weighing 1, 2, and 3 ounces. In order to ensure you pay the lowest postage price available, Endicia software will use the lower-priced First-Class Mail Parcel Retail rate instead of First-Class Package Service for shipments weighing 1, 2 or 3 ounces—learn more here.
