To request a package pickup, log in to your Endicia online account. Go to the Tools drop-down menu under the My Account tab and then select “Package Pickup.”
At this point you’ll want to verify your pickup location. Package pickup will be scheduled for the physical location on file for your Endicia account. So, if this is incorrect, change your address by selecting “Physical Address & Local Post Office” from the “Update Profile” drop-down menu under the My Accounts tab.
Once you’ve verified your pickup location, enter the amount of packages for pickup by mail class or service.
Next, enter the estimated total weight—the sum of all package weights for all the packages included in your pickup.
To complete the process, select the pickup location (such as front door or reception), enter special instructions (optional), and click “Schedule.”
