If you signed up for your Endicia account on or after February 17, 2015...

....you probably do not use an Internet Password. See Change Your Pass Phrase, instead of the following.

If you signed up for your Endicia account before February 17, 2015...

...refer to the following.

To change your Internet Password, you must call and speak with the Endicia Support or Sales staff to answer an account security question. After you answer the security question correctly, Endicia Support or Sales staff members can change your Internet Password .
