Set Up Return Service Shipping Labels

Steps

1. From the Design tab, select Postage > Options.
2. Select the Premium Options tab.
3.  In the Outbound/return label options area, select one:
   This is an outbound label ...MORE

   This is the default selection--to not print a return label.

   This is a prepaid return label ...MORE

   Print only the prepaid return service shipping label. The postage price is deducted from your postage balance when you print the label.

   This is a Pay-on-Use-Returns label ...MORE

   Print only the Endicia Pay-on-Use-Returns (EPR) shipping label. The postage price is deducted from your postage account when the USPS scans the return shipping label, which would be upon return shipping from your customer to you.

   Print both outbound label and Pay-on-Use-Returns label ...MORE

   Print both your shipping label and return shipping label.

4. If you select Print both outbound label and Pay-on-Use Returns label, click the Return Label Options button to specify values for the EPR shipping label.
5. Click OK.
