About Canada Return Shipments

You can create Canada Post return shipping labels for your customers in Canada to return merchandise to you in the United States.

Before you can create Canada return shipping labels, you must sign up for the service.

Note: The Canada return shipping service requires a Premium or higher service plan account.

After you complete the sign-up process, you can:

Create return shipping labels in PDF format for your Canadian customers from the Quick Label tab.
- Tip! You must use the two-letter Canada province or territory abbreviation.
Choose from several Canadian Post services.
Avoid customs duties and taxes on returned goods.
Pay for the postage on behalf of your Canadian customers.
Track your customers’ return shipments in your Endicia software.
Reprint labels.
Request refunds.

All pricing and billing are in US currency. Refer to the billing invoice or sign-up information for payment terms and conditions.

Important! The estimated pricing of the Canada return shipping label that appears in your Endicia software may vary according to a variety of factors, including:
- The currency exchange rate at the time of billing.
- The actual weight and dimensions of the mailpiece, which might be different than what you had originally specified.

About Canada Return Shipping Transaction Records

In the DAZzle Postage Log, you can view transaction records of Canada return shipping labels that you create directly from DAZzle. If you create Canada return shipping labels through Endicia Professional, however, you must refer to the Endicia Professional Postage Log or the online account reports to view those transaction records.
