Automatically Send Email Notifications

• Note: This feature requires a Premium or higher service plan account.

For each postage layout—such as a label, envelope, or flyer—that you print, you can optionally send automatic email notifications to your recipients. You also have the option to pause the sending of the email notifications so that you can review the contents or add more email addresses.

You can select one, both, or none of the following options to control the sending email notifications.

Automatically send emails when printing option ...MORE

Selection of this option sends an email notification to the email address that is either:

• In the DAZzle Address Book entry of the selected mailing address.
• In an external file—such as .csv, .txt, .dbf, or .xml—where the email address is supplied and mapped for each mailing address.

Display email prior to sending ...MORE

Selection of this option pauses the sending of automatic email notifications so the you can:

• Review the contents of the email.
• Add additional recipients, such as using "cc" or "bcc".

Steps

1. From DAZzle, select the Design tab.
2. Select Postage > Options.
3. Select the Premium Options tab.
4. Select one or both of the following options:
• Automatically send emails when printing
• Display email prior to sending
5. Select both email option check boxes if you:
   • Do not include the email address when printing.
   • Want to see the email message to verify the email notification before you manually click Send.
   • Want to “cc” or “bcc” another email address.
6. Click OK.
