About Switching to the Quick Label Tab

When you switch to the Quick Label tab from the Design tab, with a few exceptions, DAZzle automatically transfers most settings and data—including From and To addresses, type, mail class, weight, and printer—to the Quick Label tab.

Note: If you cannot see the Quick Label tab, you must indicate to display the tab. For more information, see Display or Hide the Quick Label tab.

Not all Design tab features are available from the Quick Label tab. On the Quick Label tab, you cannot:

Save layout files.
Customize layout files, such as move addresses or barcodes.
Add images, text boxes, or Rubber Stamps.
Use non-Endicia insurance.
Print labels in batches or from an external file of addresses.
Important! Before you switch from the Design tab to the Quick Label tab, you should save your layout file. Any images, text boxes, or Rubber Stamps that you have used on the Design tab layout file will not transfer to the Quick Label tab. If your particular layout file requires specific alignment or customization, you should work with layout files on the Design tab instead of the Quick Label tab.
