Apply for a Refund

If you realize that you have made a mistake after printing postage, but before mailing the item, you can apply for a refund. The types of refunds are:

Steps

  1. From DAZzle, select Postage > Refund Request.

    The Endicia Postage Refund Request page appears in your web browser.

  2. Select from one of the following and complete the required fields, such as ZIP Code, Dates, or Tracking ID:
  3. Complete the Instructions that appear on the right side of the Refund Request page.
  4. Click Go.
