Help with the DAZzle Help

Use the tabs and toolbar buttons to help you find the information that you need.

Tabs

To navigate and find information in the Help, select a navigation tab on the left-side navigation panel to change your view off accessing the Help content.

The following navigation tabs provide different means of helping you find the information that you need:

Contents ...MORE

Navigate the Contents panel by expanding the book buttons and selecting topics.

Index ...MORE

Enter a keyword in the Search field or navigate the Index panel and select the key word.

Search Help Project ...MORE

On the Search Help Project panel, enter search criteria and click Search to locate matching terms by topic throughout the entire Help project. To find an exact match, enclose your search criteria in double quotes. Matching terms appear in highlighted colors after you select a topic. For advanced searches, see Apply Boolean Operators to Searches.

• Tip! To search for terms within a displayed topic, use your browser's Find feature. which is usually Ctrl-F or Edit > Find

Toolbar Buttons

The toolbar buttons can help you navigate and view content:

• The Back button lets you navigate to topics that you had visited.
• The Forward button lets you navigate from topics that you had visited.
• The Refresh button re-displays the current topic.
• The Home button displays the Welcome page.
• The Contents button displays the Table of Contents in the left-side navigation panel.
• The Index button displays the Index panel in the left-side navigation panel.
• The Search Help Project button lets you search the entire Help project by words that you enter.
  • Tip! You can refine your search using optional Boolean operators.
• The Remove Search Highlighting button clears the color highlighting that you get when you perform searches.
• The Collapse All button closes all expanded or drop-down text.
• The Expand All button opens all expanded or drop-down text.
• The Hide Navigation or Show Navigation button alternates the display of the left-side navigation panel.
