Edit Multiple Records on the Batch Print Tab

You can simultaneously edit more than one record on the Batch Print tab. Fields that you can edit include:

Steps

Select Batch Print tab.
Choose a selection method:
- To select multiple records in a contiguous range, press and hold the Shift key while selecting the first and last record.
- To select multiple records that are not in a contiguous range, press and hold the Control key while selecting each record.
Click the Edit Multiple Records button.
Select the Mail Classes and Services, Customs, or Rubber Stamps tab, and enter or select values for the fields that you want to change.
Click OK.
