Export Unverified Addresses

After you have retrieved orders and have run address verification through the Batch Print tab, you might have some addresses that remain unverified. For a list of reasons for address verification failure, see Verify Addresses Through the Batch Print Tab.

To help you resolve unverified addresses, you can export all unverified addresses along with the corresponding order numbers to a comma-separated value (CSV) text file.

Steps

From the Batch Print tab or the Postage Log tab, select File > Export Unverified Addresses.
In the Save As dialog box, enter a file name.
Optional: In the Save in field, navigate to the location where you want to save the file.
Click Save.
