Show or Hide Columns on the Batch Print Tab

Steps

  1. Select Batch Print tab.
  2. Click the Preferences button.

  3. On the Batch Print Grid Preferences dialog box, select the Show/Hide Columns tab.

    Selections vary due to configuration and version.

    The Batch Print Grid Preferences window shows you the field column that you can hide or display.

  4. Select the check boxes to show columns.
  5. Clear the check boxes to hide columns.
  6. Click OK.
