Track Status of Canada Returns Shipping Labels

The Postage Log connects to the Canada Post website to provide you status updates of your Canada Returns shipping label.

Note: The tracking number of the original outbound shipping label is the Reference ID of the return shipping label. This tracking number can help you identify shipments, process claims, and so on.

In the Postage Log, you can identify a Canada Returns shipping transaction by one or more of the following:

The Recipient column or the "From address" in the details pane is a Canadian address.
The word "Returns" in the Outbound column.
Generic international mail classes in the Type column—Economy, Standard, or Expedited.

Important! If you create Canada Returns shipping labels through Endicia Professional, you can view those transaction records on the Postage Log and the online account reports. Note that the DAZzle Postage Log does not show you transaction records of Canada Returns shipping labels that you create through Endicia Professional.

Steps

From the Postage Log, locate and right-click a Canada Returns shipping label transaction.
Select Check Status of Canada Returns from the shortcut menu.

Your browser displays the tracking status on the Canada Post website.
