Request Refund for Canada Returns Shipments

You can request a refund for a Canada Returns shipping label if the return label has not been scanned by the Post Office. There is a waiting period of 14 days after you create the shipment to be sure that the return shipment has not entered the mailstream. Upon approval of the refund request, the refunded amount will appear as a credit (reduction) on your monthly invoice for your Canada Returns shipment.

Steps

  1. In Endicia Professional, on the Postage Log, select the Canada Returns shipping label.
  2. On the toolbar, click the Refund button.
