Schedule or Revise a USPS Carrier Pickup

Through Endicia Professional, you can schedule a USPS carrier pickup of your mailpieces for the next USPS business day. In addition, you can revise a scheduled USPS carrier pickup.

• Tip! Alternately, on the USPS.COM website, you can schedule carrier pickups, including scheduling pickups for more than one day ahead as well as schedule recurring carrier pickups. For more information, go to the USPS Schedule a Pickup website.

Steps

1. Select Tools > Schedule Carrier Pickup.
2. On the Schedule Carrier Pickup window, select either:
   • Create a New Carrier Pickup
   • Edit a Scheduled Pickup
   • Note: The cut-off time for scheduling or modifying a carrier pickup is currently 2:00 AM Central Time.
3. Complete the fields:
   • Pickup Address and Contact: including phone and email address.
   • Pickup Instructions: including item pickup location and special instructions.
   • Pickup Items: including the quantities of certain mail classes and estimated total weight.
   • Note: Quantities are estimates only.
4. Click Create Carrier Pickup.
