Request an Electronic Refund

Only tracked items and integrated Priority Mail International labels that were printed within the last 30 (thirty) days and were never scanned by the U.S. Postal Service are eligible for an electronically submitted refund. Electronically submitted refunds are also known as E-Refunds. Otherwise, follow the refund procedure.

Steps

  1. On the Postage Log tab, select the transaction to be refunded.
  2. Click the Refund button.

    Alternately, right-click a Postage Log item and select Refund.

    Most refunds are processed two (2) weeks after the original print date.
