Mark a Web Store Order as Shipped

When you process a web store order through the regular workflow—downloading the order from the marketplace, printing the shipping label, your orders are automatically marked as Shipped.

You might have a situation where you had already printed the shipping label before you had imported the order information, and therefore it is not desirable to print the shipping label a second time. In this situation, you can manually mark the order as Shipped after you import the order information.

Steps

  1. On the Web Store Orders tab, select the order that you would like to manually mark as shipped.
  2. On the toolbar, click the Mark as Shipped button.
  3. Optional: In the Tracking ID column of the Batch Print tab, enter the tracking number for the order.
  4. Click OK.
