Mark a Web Store Order as Unshipped

You may have a situation where you need to change the status of a "Shipped" order to "Unshipped". For example, if you had printed the web store shipping label, but then the order was delayed or canceled or you had to request a label refund, you would mark the order as "Unshipped" (assuming that you had not already shipped the order).

Steps

  1. On the Postage Log tab, select the "Shipped" order that you want to change to "Unshipped".
  2. Click the Mark as Unshipped button.
