- Renamed Parcel Select Nonpresort to Parcel Select Ground™.

- Added free USPS insurance for Priority Mail International:
- Includes up to $200 free coverage for non-documents. This is what PMEI currently offers.
- Provides up to $100 for document-only shipments. Document-only shipments do not allow insurance over $100.
- Added new pricing for international "flat rate" products. Currently there is a Canada and "Rest of World" price. Now all countries are split among 8 price groups.
- Added countries eligible for eDelCon: Lebanon, Slovak Republic, Turkey, and Norway.
- Added new country listing for: Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, and Saba. This used to be part of Curaçao.
- Made Metro Post only available to NSA's. Made minor label changes.
- Removed Parcel Select ONDC and NDC pricing categories.
- Discontinued Registered Mail for international shipments.
- Updated Endicia Global Shipping pricing.
- Added support for France merchandise returns labels—private beta feature. Contact Endicia support to sign up.
- Improved DHL eCommerce functionality that provides faster processing of shipments, improved manifesting, and support for dangerous goods.
- Added Dynamic Excel Integration feature that lets you connect to an Excel file currently open on your Desktop.
- Improved Endicia Pay-on-use Returns (EPR) functionality:
- Allow printing of multiple labels.
- Allow post-back tracking number in Paired Mode.

- Important! USPS price changes and some of the following features do not take effect until May 31, 2015.
