Steps
If you are using profiles, verify that you have selected the correct profile: On the Order Lookup tab or the Batch Print tab, in the Active Profile field, view or select the desired profile.
In Endicia Professional, select Edit > Preferences.
Select the Printing and Customs tab.
To enable customs forms, select the following check boxes:
Prompt for customs information when printing APO/FPO postage
Prompt for customs information when printing international postage
Automatically print customs forms
To disable customs forms, clear the following check boxes:
Prompt for customs information when printing APO/FPO postage
Prompt for customs information when printing international postage
