About Your Account Summary

When you log in to your Endicia online account, the Account Summary tab displays basic account information, including:

Account:

• The date when established your account.
• Which service plan you have.
• The date through which you have paid for your service plan.
• The most recent (last) billing date.
• The most recent billed amount.

Postage Usage:

• Total Postage Purchased
• Total Postage Printed
• Postage Balance

Endicia Insurance:

• Insured Fees Due at Next Billing: Select the Unbilled Insurance link to run the report that shows insurance fees that are due by the next billing. For more information, see About the Unbilled Endicia Parcel Insurance Report.

Quick Links:

• Lookup Package: Look up packages with tracking—USPS Tracking, Signature Confirmation, or Priority Mail Express—and get delivery statistics. Search by name, ZIP Code, state, specific date or date range, specific tracking number, and so on.
• Account Transactions: View a list of the postage printed and purchase receipts for your account, including setups that use multiple computers on one account. For more information, see About the Account Transactions Report.

Order Free Supplies From Endicia:

• Through the Endicia Supplies Store, you can order mailing boxes and envelopes for USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express.
