Appeal a Rejected Physical-Proof Refund

You can appeal rejection of the refund that was submitted through endicia.com by contacting Endicia Support by email at support@endicia.com. In your email message, include your Account Number and the Request Form ID Number that you want to appeal so that Endicia can send the original paperwork that must be sent to the USPS appeals address.

Important! Refund appeals must be made within 30 days after the processed date for that particular refund request.

If the appeal is granted by USPS, the USPS notifies Endicia. In turn, Endicia sends you an email notification when the refund is processed and the postage is added to your Endicia account.

Steps

Log in to your Endicia online account.
Select Reports > Refund Request History.
Locate and select the Form ID link for that request.
If you see the Rejected status, select the Appeal Refund link.
Follow the directions on the Refund Appeal website.
